Maryville Beats Wilson Central

Maryville High's Rebels will play for fifth place in the Ladies'
Classic today after beating Wilson Central 49-36 and thus eliminating the two-time defending
champs.
The Rebels (10-2) jumped out to a 12-3 first quarter advantage and commanded a 28-13
halftime edge. Wilson Central got the deficit at a dozen but could not bring it into single digits
as Maryville maintained control.
Alex Breazeale and Tori Vaught shared scoring honors for
Maryville with13 points each. Rebekah Singleton had five steals and four assists.
