Dobyns-Bennett Advances

Kingsport Dobyns-Bennett got 27 points from Megan Devine and 20 points and 15 rebounds from Blaine Frohlich and beat Buena from Ventura,Calif., 72-55 in the evening finale.

The Indians took advantage of poor shooting by the Bulldogs from California, who hit only 18 percent from the floor in the first half and 29 percent for the game.

Holly France added 12 points and Tori Head had 10 assists for the Lady Indians (8-3).
